We started Firm Foundation Construction in early 2002 with the philosophy of doing everything as if we were working for the Lord.

Our specialty is creating custom homes and additions to suit your individual taste.  We do this by using a team of individuals to walk you through the process of building your home or addition.  We are there to assist you from the initial design and cost estimate to picking out just the right light fixture for that special room.

We primarily work in the Tri-City area and are licensed by the State of Tennessee.  We carry Workman's Compensation Insurance, General Liability Insurance, and are bonded.

Alan Smith

I built my first house in 1992 with the help of some very good friends and I have been building ever since.  I worked full time as a Chief Financial Officer with SunTrust Bank and as an Investment Manager for Gilbert Advanced Asset Management before going into full time building. I am your contact through the building process:

• I can help you with the initial design of your home or look over your existing plan to make sure it is what you want to build. 
  

• Then I will help you determine the cost of building your project.
  

• Once you are ready, I will walk you through the building process, meeting with you weekly.  These meetings keep you informed of the schedule and your budget.  We also keep you informed of the next  step so that you can have time to pick out  your kitchen cabinets, etc. in a timely manner. 
  

• Once you move in, I will be there to answer any questions that  you have.and we provide a one year warranty.
  

Tina is a Real Estate agent with State of Franklin Real Estate.

She can help you find the perfect lot for your new house as well as sell your existing house.

Tina is also there to help with all of your decorating needs by either pointing you in the right direction or accompanying you in making your choices.
